Refund Policy

At Sarah Shell Designs, all of pillow covers are handmade custom made-to-order specifically for you. Unlike ‘big box’ stores, we do not carry inventory. Each item is crafted once a customer has placed an order in our studio. Due to the fact that our pillow shop handcrafts custom-made pillow covers inserts per order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. 

Please verify accuracy of sizes before submitting your order.

Contact sarah.b.shell@gmail.com prior to ordering if you have any questions. Once an order has begun production, changes cannot be made or cancelled.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
